2. General terms of service
The sale of goods through our online store www.lappa.me is performed within the registered activity of the company ABISEH DOO, in the street: Prvomajska 8, registration number: 02677890. Goods sold through a website have the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods by its purpose. The selling price of the goods is indicated with each item, and the possibility of buying the goods with special price benefits or special selling incentives (special sale) is done according to the conditions published on the website: www.lappa.me. By sending an order to the company, the buyer undertakes to conclude a sales contract with the company to purchase the ordered products. The company reserves the discretion to accept or reject the order. If it is not able to get the order, the company will immediately notify the buyer. The company agrees with the order and considers the purchase contract concluded within three days from the sending of the confirmation of receipt of the order or the moment of delivery of the product to the customer. We strive to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. Pictures do not have to be 100% identical to the products. All items displayed on the site are part of our offer, and their availability is not implied at all times.
3. Delivery policy
3.1. The moment of accepting the order
After ordering, you will be notified of the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by the company ALBISEH DOO only after we send you a confirmation of acceptance by email.
3.2. Delivery time
The delivery period of the order is up to 30 working days. For example, orders sent on Fridays and weekends will be delivered within the next working week, or no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
3.3. Delivery delay
In case of delayed delivery, you have the right to cancel the purchase, and in that case, all money will be refunded.
3.4. Delivery price
We send the ordered goods by courier service Express One d.o.o. The delivery price is free for all buyers in Montenegro. Delivery costs are added to the product’s price and are stated along with the price of the product and during the ordering process on the website. In case of replacement of goods, returning the goods is borne by the company ALBISEH DOO. There is a possibility to divide your order during delivery into several parts depending on the availability and availability of goods in stock (it may be in another store or warehouse in another city). This will not incur any additional costs.
3.5. Delivery procedure
Shipment arrives at the address in a period of 1-3 working days. Therefore, it is necessary to have a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during that period. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. If the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you at the phone number you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he does not find you at the address on another occasion, the shipment will be returned to our premises. When picking up the load, it is necessary to visually inspect the package due to possible visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product inside it is also damaged, you have the right to refuse to accept the shipment and to notify us by calling 068 / 036-696 or by email email@example.com. On the other hand, if the consignment looks undamaged, pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
4. Payment policy
4.1. Methods of payment
Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support payment over the internet or picking up the goods by paying the courier.
Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with NLB Bank AD Podgorica. It is made secure and certified through Ixopay Payment Gateway by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, and thus the order is approved and joins the other process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes. The transaction will be completed and deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. If the payment is not completed or the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14 days, the money reserved in your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or new order and make the payment that applies to them. You need to check with the bank that issued your card to see if your card supports online payments.
4.2. Data protection when paying by cards
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data and PCI-DSS standards. The payment card information is not available to the merchant.

Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and registration is protected by SSL data encryption. In addition, PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of this data.
4.3. Registration of payment methods
When the customer’s card data is tokenized at his request or by the merchant’s decision (preserved in a certified manner for later use), this data is stored on Ixopay PCI-DSS certified servers. The tokenized card data is then transmitted in a completely secure and insured way. At no time does the merchant have access to card number data and other sensitive data, but he receives a reference number (token) that only he can use according to the conditions agreed with the customer. In addition, the customer has the option of deregistering a previously registered card and changing the details of a once tokenized card.
In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the rebate, the refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account. If the transaction is made by cash on delivery, the money will be returned to the person who made the payment, via the same courier service.
5. Complaint policy
5.1. Complaint procedure
Products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally necessary documentation, including the manufacturer’s warranty cards.
If there is a need to advertise a particular item for quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, in the same way as if you bought the goods in a classic store. The complaint procedure is initiated at the customer’s request by filling in the Product Quality Complaint Request. ALBISEH DOO assumes no responsibility for customer errors, incorrectly purchased products, or any other errors related to your purchasing procedures on the Website. If you have irregularities in buying products on the Website or did not receive the purchased product, please contact our customer service via email at email@example.com. We will do our best to eliminate irregularities to get the purchased product. 5.2. The right to a refund or exchange of goods
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer can refund or exchange for another product. The amount is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product and after it is determined that the product was returned undamaged and correct.
5.3. The right to withdraw from the contract, the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller
The Law on Distance Selling establishes the buyer’s right, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet his individual needs and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days product was delivered. When withdrawing, the buyer can, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawing. The withdrawal form/statement produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer can refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct. The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay and no later than 15 days from the day he sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of the 15 days from the day he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned. When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them incorrect and unused condition and originally undamaged packaging, whereby the original fiscal snippet must be attached. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that is the result of inadequate handling of the product, i.e., the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e., exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused, and the product will be returned to him at his expense. Furthermore, the trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract and no later than 15 days from the receipt of the statement of withdrawal and after receipt of the product.
5.4. Costs of returning goods and money
The buyer’s cost of returning the goods and money is borne, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.
